William Reyna – Founder & CEO
William Reyna is the Founder and CEO of Royal Etiquette, a legal support and investigative operations company serving law firms across California. With 10 years of experience in personal injury law and a background as a six-year U.S. Air Force Military Police Officer, William brings a disciplined, systems-driven approach to attorney and client support.

William began his PI career as a receptionist and advanced through roles in intake, case management, trial preparation, and operations, ultimately becoming an intake specialist before launching Royal Etiquette in Northern California.

His mission is simple:
deliver reliable, high-integrity legal support that strengthens case outcomes and elevates the standard of service clients receive.
